The non exclusive license you buy here is only for the internet to stream or make downloadable! You cannot publish the content on CD rom, memory cards, usb sticks, paper, printing, mobile, DVD, TV, IPTV, satellite, NVOD, Hotel_TV. Please contact us first for these other Media Formats. These other Media formats could be available and might have different pricing.
 
1) A non exclusive license will be valid for all domains owned by the company that bought the non exclusive license.
 
2) You cannot sell, resell, rent, lease, trade, give away, exchange or in any other way use/sell the content to a third party companies without our written consent first.
 
3) A license is only valid if the payment has been received & confirmed by us and if we received the signed fax with the license agreement, by post or scanned and emailed to us.
 
4) We cannot be held responsible if the customs or other authorities seize or confiscate the package if you import our products into a country where these products or genres are not allowed. Please use FTP delivery instead if your country does not allow adult
 
5) Prices are ex vat and ex shipping costs.
 
6) All actor & actresses have the legal age of 18 years minimum as required by dutch law.
