1) What format(s) do you require; avi, mpg2, mpg1, flv, wmv, etc.?
2) In what resolution do you need it: 720x576, 640x480, 320x240, etc.?
3) Do you require screenshots; how many?
4) Split DVD into scenes (yes/no)?
5) How must the production be supplied (FTP, harddrive, etc.)?
