Please follow these steps and read our rules to apply for a supplier account:

1. Make sure you read all the guidelines below before signing up or sending any content. (All content must be 2007 production year and newer, edited and in best quality. NO music in the content unless it's royalty free). Studios/Producers need a minimum of 50 sets and/or scenes/dvd's with different models in order to be able to apply for an account. ALL content MUST come with High Quality signed, readable scanned modelreleases (in English) AND 2 HQ Identity shots of the models holding the ID's AND the HQ scans of the ID's.

2. Create a Studio/Producer account here:

3. For companies we need a copy of the articles of Incorporation or for private persons we need a copy of your passporte. Please email these documents to: sales@adultcontent.nl and mention your username in the studio-profile that you created (see 1.)

4. Click on the link below (you can choose: Word file, compatible Word file or OpenOffice file) and fill in the agreement and return it back to us so we can send it to you as PDF to be signed (if your account/content is approved by us):

5. Send us a link where we can see or download samples of your content to see if you can apply for an account. Bad quality content and/or obscene content will not be allowed (Scroll down and see below on this page what that is if you do not know).

6. If all steps are properly done and your account/content is approved, then we can activate your account manually and send you an FTP login to upload the content to. (We may refuse any content and/or a studio/producer (too extreme, bad quality, not edited, Duplicate content, Water-markings, etc.).

7. Minimum payout: As per today, for the upcoming period, the minimum payout to suppliers has been set to USD$250. This was done upon requests from suppliers and due to high banking costs for smaller amounts (Bank wire costs for us may vary from USD$10 to USD$100 in some countries).

Adherence to these parameters will allow us to process your product as quickly as possible. Any incomplete submissions will result in delay.

All content will be shelved and held in storage by the 2257 Compliance Department, until all required materials and / or information is received.

Archival/Media Processing - Shipping Requirements:

ADULTCONTENT.NL Requires the following information for Each piece of Media:

• Name of Custodian of Records

• Street Address for the Custodian (No PO Boxes) -Must have street address, city, state, and zip.

• Production Date (unless exempt)

• Covers/Box Cover Art

• Complete 2257 documentation, as is detailed in 2257 policy attached (Appx. 1.)

• Packing slips are required for ALL incoming media.

These slips need to include:

• Who sent them.

• Complete Inventory list of exactly what was send, and when it was shipped.

Any Content Received that Doesn't have All The Above Will Not Be Archived.

As outlined in previous sections, all DVD titles should be sent with one title per DVD. Photosets, scenes, comics or audio stories could be send by FTP or on a hard drive or more per DVD. Each DVD, photo set, scene, comic or audio story containing ONLY title media. Any 2257 information, Box art, promotional material such as descriptions and still photos should be sent on their own.

Please remember that all media (except comics) is required to have 2257 documentation, including still photographs used for promotional purposes.

- Delays
There are multiple reasons that your media may be delayed in its processing through our systems, on its way to being live and making you money for your hard work. These include:

• Incomplete/Missing/Illegible 2257 documents.

  • We are unable to process titles until all 2257 documents have been attributed to each person appearing in a film. If the documents are not provided, or unable to be read, we must receive them or replacements for them before processing.

• Missing/Damaged Media

  • If a shipment is missing box art, documents, or the title itself; or we received any of these in a damaged state, we must halt the process until they are provided.

• Incorrect Shipping Format

  • **If we do not receive shipments in the proper format, it may take longer to organize, attribute, and process the media properly. Making sure that everything is clearly labeled and shipped to us in the suggested format will help to ensure that your titles are processed as swiftly as possible.

• New Studio Setup Time

  • The first shipment that we receive from you will take longer to process than subsequent shipments due to our need of setting up a profile for you in our tracking and processing department. We will use this profile for all later shipments, for keeping track of your media, records, and promotional material.

2257 DOCUMENTS should be delivered according to the following points:

1. There should be a copy of a valid identification (passport/drivers license) in JPEG/TIF/PNG/PSD or PDF format and a model release (contract) with signature, real name, stage name and birth date from every person that appears in the movie, scene or photoset. (Please make sure that it is readable).

2. The copy of a valid identification (passport/drivers license) in JPEG/TIF/PNG/PSD or PDF format and a model release (contract) with signature, real name, stage name and birth date from every person that appears in the movie, scene or photoset should be in a folder with the stage name from the person that appears in the movie, scene or photoset.

3. The folder with the copy of a valid identification (passport/drivers license) in JPEG/TIF/PNG/PSD or PDF format and a model release (contract) with signature, real name, stage name and birth date from every person that appears in the movie, scene or photoset should be in a folder with the same name as the movie, scene or photoset.

 

DVD's/ HD-DVD's should be delivered with this metadata:
